We are lookng for a Banquet Captain to join our team!
Responsible for acting as a contact person for banquet functions. Also responsible for supervising banquet staff, ensuring that functions are set correctly, helping with paperwork, linen inventory and training of staff.
Ability to organize, communicate, and help lead the team to a successful event. Assist the Banquet Manager lead the staff and create a positive, cohesive team to deliver exceptional service. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel standards as well as departmental standards. Knowledgeable of correct use and maintenance of all equipment. Full understanding of banquet menus and beverages specified by the group. Being flexible and ability to quickly respond to client needs. Ability to focus and pay attention to all details of the event.
