The Renaissance Indianapolis North boasts 263 guest rooms, and 12,400 sq ft of event space. 


$500 Sign on bonuses available ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 after 90 days)

Quarterly incentives and monthly attendance bonuses 

$17 - $19/hour


We are seeking a full time Sales Coordinator.


The ideal candidate should possess administrative experience with a dynamic personality to support the sales team.


Duties will include but are not limited to handling the reservations process onsite for group blocks, answering phones, processing letters, contracts and proposals, working with groups utilizing our meeting room and overall office support. This is an excellent position from which to launch a career in hotel sales for someone who already has hotel front office eperience. 


Position Summary:

Provide administrative assistance to the Sales team and participates in department projects, as needed.  Ensure accurate, detailed and timely information is delivered to operations and potential and/or existing clients, ensuring group bookings are processed efficiently and handling special requests or changes for group blocks with clients and Sales managers.



  • Previous OnQ experience preferred
  • Previous Delphi FDC experience preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel worksheets and Microsoft Word
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Two years of experience in a similar position or Front Office operation preferred
