    We are looking for a motivated food and beverage supervisor to oversee our Bistro and banquet functions. The F&B supervisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Prepping, cooking, and serving menu items to our guests.
    • Mixing cocktails and serving beer/wine.
    • Weekly food/beer/wine order.
    • Ability to manage food/beer/wine costs to stay at or below the monthly budget.
    • Monthly inventory for all food and beverage items.
    • Prepping a preparing food for in house banquet functions.
    • Ability to use the Micros POS system to ring in order.
    • Train new employees.
    • Schedule to make sure there is proper coverage in the Bistro while not exceeding the budgeted labor forecast.
    • Make sure the Bistro staff is up to date on all training.
    • Make sure the kitchen/Bistro meets the Jefferson County Department of health, Marriott and Pyramid cleanliness standards.


    • Minimum 1 year of restaurant/kitchen supervisory experience or demonstarted leadership ability.
    • Ability to manage staff.
    • Ability to work both AM and PM shifts.
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
