    Requirements

    Purpose and Performance Goals: The purpose of this job is to perform the duties of Restaurant Supervisor in accordance with company standards for satisfactory performance.

     

    Job Description: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

    1. Supervises all outlet staff including hosts, bussers, room service order takers/servers, and bartenders.
    2. Assists with scheduling, hiring, coaching and counseling.
    3. Assists with outlets inventory.
    4. Greets guests at table within three minutes with a warm and welcome manner with introduction and an offering of a beverage.
    5. Delivers drinks to the table and inform the guests of the daily specials and soup of the day along with any other pertinent information the guests need to know e.g. any items that are currently out of stock.
    6. Asks for and takes the guests meal order. Offers suggestions, such as wine pairing with items ordered and suggests an appetizer to start the meal with. Upsells!
    7. Enters and reviews order at POS system.
    8. Maintains table maintenance.
    9. Delivers orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    10. Presents guest checks and collects payments accurately and in a timely manner.
    11. Maintains a cheerful, positive attitude and appropriate conduct with both guests and teammates at all times.

                                

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises all outlets team members in their daily duties. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems
