JOB DESCRIPTION – AM RESTAURANT FLOOR SUPERVISOR
REPORTS TO: Restaurant General Manager and/or Assistant Restaurant General Manager
Previous supervisory experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent with excellent math and money counting skills.
Previous work experience to include positive results in areas of associate training, scheduling, budgeting, labor controls and positive guest contact.
Able to stand for ninety percent of shift
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skill
Energetic & Enthusiastic & Motivating
Command of the English language, written and verbal
Basic computer usage skills
Basic mathematical skills for report/forecast preparation and other calculations
Must be alert to the customers' needs
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Able to work long hours and non-traditional schedules
Understanding of ownership/accountability & responsibility
Requirement: 1 year supervisory experience in a fine dining establishment. Good communication skills with the ability to push/pull/lift up to50lbs.
