    Pyramid Hotel Group (along with Winegardner and Hammons) is fast growing leader in hotel management and seeks a strong, experienced leader to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first.

    We are currently searching for a Remote Based Regional Controller. This region includes hotels in the South and Mid-West.

    As part of the regional executive team and reporting directly to the Sr. Vice President Hotel Finance and Accounting with a very strong dotted line to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Regional Controller will be a key contributor to strategies, tactics, long-range forecasting, and overall efforts to continually improve the operations and return to owners. The individual will also work closely with the corporate staff, COO and other disciplines to ensure appropriate accountability and transparency, with vigilant attention to management of risk, internal financial and operational controls, budget, as well as protection and growth of assets. The individual will also oversee all administrative operations to ensure a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive work environment. The Regional Controller will be a key business partner providing financial leadership within the regional team. She/he will be a key player in Pyramid Hotel Group's growth and development.


    The ideal candidate should possess knowledge, experiences and attributes, demonstrating strong leadership and relationship skills as follows:

    • Minimum of two years REGIONAL Financial Management experience with increasing management responsibility in hotel finance and accounting.
    • Developed accounting, finance and analytical skills including experience with cash management, forecasting, revenue management strategies, long-term capital expenditures planning and project management skills.
    • Four year college degree in a business curriculum to include Intermediate Accounting and Financial fundamentals
    • Demonstrates ability to evaluate business trends to influence business strategies
    • Hotel Experience required
