The Reservations Coordinator will offer support through all aspects of guest reservations including but not limited to, reservation calls, email inquiries, internal request forms, assembly of guest packages, group rooming lists, and group changes. This position will be responsible for assisting the Reservations Manager in day to day tasks such as reports, rooming lists, filing, supervision of Reservations Agents, and daily checklist for the Reservations Agents.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably specializing in Hospitality, Business Administration, and or related major or equivalent experience is preferred.
Must have at least two (2) or more years of previous Front Office or Guest Services experience, including one (1) year of Reservations experience.
The primary responsibilities for the Reservations Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Possess knowledge of the reservations procedure and features of the John Adams Presidential Suite. Respond to all inquiries as soon as possible and service all confirmed reservations. Act as a point of contact for guests to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
