    Position: Cook

    1. Acknowledge all guests within 10 feet and engage each guest with a courteous, professional greeting within 5 feet.  
      2. Expedites all menu items accurately.
      3.         Standardizes recipes.
      4.         Practice team work and clean as you go policies.
      5.         Sets up and breakdowns the cooking line.
      6.         Assists in sorting all deliveries – daily requisitions.
      7.         Cooks on the line, adhering to ticket times of 4 minutes or less.
      8.         Assists in any area needed when time allows.
      9.         Informs Sous Chef immediately of safety issues – equipment failure.
      10.       Informs Sous Chef immediately of food quality issues – food spoilage.
      11.       Maintains sanitation – proper handling.
      12.       Exhibits a “can do” attitude and total cooperation.
      13.       Performs any reasonable request of management.
      14.       Wears and maintains proper attire.
      15.       Report to work at scheduled time, ready to work and in proper uniform.
      16.       All other duties requested by management.
