    Description

    Duties include completing audits of hotel transactions during evening shifts. Also assists with greeting guests at the fronk desk and processing check-in/out transactions. Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts, good customer-service and communication skills, attention to detail and flexible work schedule required. Previous night auditing experience a plus!

    The Night Auditor is also responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day at the hotel. Responsible for communicating guest needs, directing them to the appropriate departments and following up with the guest to ensure satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs without the guest verbalizing their requests.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous customer service experience required. Experience in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
    • Prior experience with property management systems highly preferred. Galaxy Lightspeed experience a plus
    • Must be able to communicate clearly with guests over the telephone. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Ability to speak second language highly preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with Management.
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
    • Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
    • Must be available to work various shifts, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, as scheduled.
