    The AC Hotel Portland Downtown Waterfront is ideally located two blocks from the Old Port District known for its shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our beautiful property is located on Fore Street on the site of The Grand Trunk Station across from Portland’s Waterfront and is the only hotel in Portland with unobstructed views of Casco Bay. Portland's newest hotel is a short walk to Casco Bay Ferry Lines, The Victorian Mansion, East End Beach and the 70 miles of green space that encompass Portland Trails. Guests will appreciate our modern rooms focused equally on style and comfort.


    We're looking for a capable, committed Maintenance Technician who will plan an important role in keeping our hotel functioning to the high quality standards of the Pyramid Hotel Group. Includes free parking downtown porltnad accross from the hotel. Brand new hotel right on the water!


    Maintenance Lead will take on responsibilities that include:

    • Assistaning in setting up Preventative Maintenance programs
    • Covering Manger on duty (MOD) shifts
    • Working directly with outside vendors
    • Assisting with training new hires
    • Assist with inventory and ordering

    A Maintenance Lead Technician will also have to:

    • meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction;
    • respond to guest questions or problems in a timely professional manner
    • perform general repairs and assigned maintenance duties in a satisfactory and timely manner
    • respond to complaints or problems from guests or other departments in a timely manner
    • be responsible for maintaining the upkeep, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs

    To quality, you must have previous engineering experience.


    • At least some maintanence experience/backgroung
    • Positive Attitude
    • Willingness to learn 
    • Good commuication skills
    • Ability to follow detail instructions
