The Sheraton Le Meridien Charlotte is seeking an experienced Senior Cook who will oversee the shift, supervise and provide support to the team while maintaining an efficient kitchen operation.  The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a high volume kitchen.  Additional responsibilites will include; food preparation, maintainig quality and consistence of product, control wastes, inventory and purchases orders, assists in menu changes, and train and develop the culinary team. Follow all established recipes and Marriott brand standards.

ServSafe certification preferred
