The Sheraton Le Meridien Charlotte is seeking an experienced Mid Cook to join our team of culinary experts!  As a Mid Cook you will work with a team in preparing hot and cold items for our guests, ensure the food safety procedures are followed, and follow all recipes and Marriott Brand Standards in food preparation. The ideal candidate will have two years experience in a high volume kitchen.  Additional responsibilites will include; cleanliness of the kitchen, control wastes, maintainig quality and consistency of product, participate menu changes and tastings.
