    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    1. Prepare hot food for ala-carte and/or banquet menu items to specifications with a focus on promptness and consistency.
    2. Assist in preparation and production of all cold food items for both ala-carte and banquet menus.
    3. Prepare and complete a daily prep list.
    4. Prep and stock station based on projected volume of business in the restaurant.
    5. Assist in training new employees.
    6. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in all food service areas to meet or exceed state and local health boards and hotel requirements.
    7. Observe safety guidelines for use and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
    8. Store all clean equipment in the proper designated area.
    9. Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance in accordance with standards put forth in the Employee Handbook.
    10. Practice “clean as you go” work habit.
    11. Be courteous and cooperate with guests, management and coworkers.
    12. Assist other stations in the kitchen as needed.
    13. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
