We currently have an opening for a Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Sales team ensuring a high level of professionalism, guest service and profitability. Develop business leads, solicit potential clients, service existing accounts, sell all hotel facilities, target business in assigned market segment and meet and exceed sales goals for rate, occupancy and revenue.
You are responsible for direct oversight of the sales/revenue generation operation of the hotel. Implements the sales activities within assigned market segment to achieve budgeted goals. Solicits, evaluates, sells, and confirms business to meet overall market segment budgeted sales and profit margin. Assists in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan to increase sales volume and profitability.
A minimum of 3-5 years Hotel Sales Management experience, leading a Sales Team. Delphi and Excel experience preferred.
