We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Bell Captain to lead the Hotel Bell team in warmly greeting and meeting the needs of our hotel guests.
The Hotel Bell Captain is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, and scheduling the Hotel Bell team. The Bell Captain will set the example for creating an engaging environment for the hotel’s internal and external, guests.
The Hotel Bell Captain is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, providing property and destination information, and proactively responding to the needs of our guests.
The hotel’s success depends on the establishment of long-lasting relationships with our guests and the Hotel Bell team is a crucial part of creating a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- At least 1 year of working in a direct public contact position (face to face)
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to drive automobiles with automatic and/or manual transmission
- Previous hotel and/or supervisory experience is required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Applicants are required to complete a background check (including MVR) and drug screening.
