Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner. Sweep and mop floors; wash dishes, worktables, walls, vent hoods. Empty trash and other duties as required.

Heavy lifting required (up to 100lbs).  Prior kitchen experience preferred.  Must be able to work a flexible PM schedule (including weekends and holidays).  Typical scheduled end time is 2am.  May be required to work later depending on business demands.
