    Job Overview

    You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests and delievering their orders.  You will use the freedom to go beyond to turn guest interactions into moments of magic.

    • Demonstrate your ability to be a team player.
    • Run food to table or to guest room in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
    • Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
    • Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies.
    • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
    • Follow proper standards and etiquette for room service deliveries.
    • Follow opening & closing side work sheet for food runner position




    •  Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun!
    •  One year of restaurant experience is recommended but not required
    • Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.
    • Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisor and fellow employees
    • Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
