Responsible for luggage assistance and shuttle service for all guests while providing guests with personalized service in order to achieve our goal for the best arrival and departure experience.

Must be able to work flexible hours.

Transporting guest luggage is one of the main bellman duties.

At luxury hotels, bell service staff are typically responsible for unloading luggage at curbside upon a guest's arrival, as well as delivering the luggage to a guest's room after check-in

Must have valid CDL license

• Proficient in English
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours
• High School diploma
• Previous guest service
• Previous customer service experience preferred
