    Job Summary:
    The Revere Hotel is looking for a driven, resourceful individual who is highly self-motivated and possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit looking to meet and exceed revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts in a profitable, win-win selling approach.  Strong time-management skills are a must as we well as ability to multitask.


    Responsibilities:

    The Catering Sales Manager will have solid knowledge of the market, an understanding of booking patterns, trends and high demand times and events.

    • Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat clients using multiple channels, such as social media, outside calls, and telemarketing.
    • Capture the client's vision and effectively convey the specifications to appropriate departments, rapidly responding to inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring an exceptional client experience and seeding future bookings.
    • Conduct weekly outside sales calls, presentations and site inspection tours.
    • Contract Negotiations.
    • Establish familiarization with competition on a quarterly basis.
    • Meet monthly booking goals, as indicated by the yearly Marketing Plan.
    • Execute additional projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.

    Candidate Profile:
    The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related degree or equivalent experience.  Two or more years of Hotel Sales and Delphi experience; strong organizational skills and customer service experience.
