Description

We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working full time Houseperson who will be responsible for assisting room attendants and responding to guest calls.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support and service the room attendants and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Driving a golf cart to deliver items
  • Deliver miscellaneous goods and supplies to guest rooms and deliver linen and supplies to various areas of the resort
  • Make up and deliver roll-a-way beds.
  • Utilize radio for communicaiton with supervisor, other employees and other department
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
  • Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

 

Requirements

Education

High school or equivalent education preferred.

 

Experience

Prior hospitality experience desired.

 

Must have open availablity for all days of the week as well as for AM and PM Shifts

Must have excellent customer service skills.
