We’re searching for a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Chef to join the AAA 4 Diamond Lytle Park Hotel. The hotel boasts a Top 5 rated Food & Beverage team within the Autograph Collection and one of the finest restaurants in Cincinnati. The Executive Chef will oversee our multi-outlet hotel and the banquet and catering operations.
Subito, our Northern Italian fine dining restaurant features homemade pastas, made from scratch sauces and hand-selected, perfectly seared steaks, which we finish in our inferred broiler. In addition to the freshest seafood, flown in daily from the ports, we have brick oven pizzas, raw bar and traditional antipasti.
Vista at Lytle Park is one of Cincinnati’s most iconic venues situated on the rooftop of The Lytle Park Hotel, with striking views of Lytle Park and the downtown cityscape of Cincinnati. Featuring a fully retractable glass roof and large floor-to-ceiling windows, this rooftop and event venue offers a uniquely sophisticated expression of the urban experience.
Graduation from accredited Culinary school, or equivalent work experience. Culinary Arts Degree preferred but will consider overall experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years of Culinary Arts experience; Supervisory and or management experience required. Previous Hospitality experience preferred, as well as previous experience in an upscale High-Volume Culinary Environment.
