We are looking for Front Desk Agents who can deliver exceptional guest service! Candidates should be service minded, energetic and have the ability to work well in a team environment. If you're looking to grow as part of a strong team, come see what we can offer you for your career!


Responsibilities: Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet Pyramid Hotel Groups' high standards of quality.



  • Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Complete the guest registration process by confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate. Promote Hotel's marketing programs. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.
  • Verify credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods. Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank. Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the computer.
  • Promptly answer the telephone within 3 rings using positive and clear communication.
  • Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity, and resolve complications such as location changes or credit issues.
  • Close guest accounts at time of check out and ascertain satisfaction. Field guest complaints, conducting through research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results. Listen and extend assistance to resolve problems.
  • Take ownership of guests challenges and follow through to ensure guest satisfaction.



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Prior hotel experience preferred
  • Weekend availability required
