  Staff Accountant - Hybrid (3 days in office/week)   The Staff Accountant reports to the Vice President of Finance in the Corporate Accounting group.  This position is responsible for assisting with accounts payable posting along with the month-end close and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about and be involved in every facet of the accounting cycle.   Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:   - Oversight of all aspects of the accounts payable process utilizing our e-payable system including invoice coding/processing, issue resolution, payment processing and assisting with rebilling process - Preparation of journal entries - Reconcile and review corporate and property GL accounts and prepare necessary schedules - Maintain depreciation schedules - Assist with monthly reporting and annual financial statement audits and reviews - Provide back-up for team members as needed - Other ad hoc projects as requested   The Staff Accountant may from time to time be asked to perform other detailed functions that have not been addressed here that are reasonable and within the scope of his/her job.            Salary range:  $65k-$75k annually

Works with property teams to create and maintain Muse-inspired events • Drive guest engagement during social hour with a unique guest engagement (art, wellness, music, etc.) in partnership with a beverage company • Create consistent, fresh, ongoing programming during social hour. Work with GM/Culinary/Dir of Sales and Marketing and Hotel Manager to identify social hour engagement opportunities. Define cadence, budget, and programming type (DJ, live music, wellness, visual art, etc.). This includes sourcing entertainment on a reoccurring basis • Drive attendance, social awareness, and garner PR opportunities with a fully produced special event (concert, gallery show, etc.).  Strengthen and leverage local partners to engage in periodic pop-up activations to hit specific target segments and/or drive awareness to an otherwise less visible audience. • Manage programming and activation budgets. Responsible for ROI reports • Work with GM/Hotel Manager to identify opportunities for guest engagement - need periods, target audience, holidays, etc. - and align weekly/monthly budgets accordingly • Develop and execute 30, 60, 90 day programming plans • Identify RevMax opportunities to create monthly/annual budget and long-term programming goals (this includes out of market opportunities where applicable) • Work with BT/Entertainment sales manager to build programs around artists staying in-house • Create and manage continuous programming initiatives for all outlets (designated space, consistent calendar of events) - live music, wellness, visual art, etc. • Internal Communications: Keep the team up to date with all programming and activations on property. Monthly programming memo with all programming and pop-up activation information. Includes all-property calendar invites and website events calendar maintenance. Ensure activations and programming are live on brand.com events calendar (where applicable). Manage property website events page. • Manage relationship for collateral needs and oversee submission through deliverable • On-property support is key to the success of creating and maintaining the ongoing programming and pop-up activations • Manage Programming Coordinators to execute activations based on opt-in level
