Submits recommended capital expenditure plan to GM and DOF.  - Orders and maintains accurate inventory of supplies. Maintains an accurate checkbook and adheres to Accounting procedures regarding invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.  - Coordinates capital expenditure projects, including obtaining bids and supplying Director of Finance with the information needed to submit the requests. - Maintains accurate records and orderly filing system to support expenditures, PM programs, utility meter readings, capital expenditure projects, life safety systems, blueprints, regulatory inspections and permits. Ensures that hotel is in compliance with all city, state, federal regulations and corporate and brand requirements at all times.  - Coaches, counsels and guides all engineering and security staff with appropriate Corrective Counseling documentation as appropriate - Completes all 90-day and annual performance evaluations for engineering and security staff. - Performs all other job duties as assigned.   Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for management, selection, onboarding, training, development, scheduling, counseling and performance evaluation of the Engineering and Security departments.

Call now and become a part of the team here at the Shores!   The purpose of this job is to perform the duties of Public Area Attendant in accordance with the company standards for satisfactory performance.   Job Description: To work as a member of the housekeeping team maintaining the public areas, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all lobby, restrooms, hallways, and general front of the hotel. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): - Moves and arranges furniture in public areas. - Polishes metalwork. - Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, offices, pool deck, fitness room, entrances and other work areas. - Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor. - Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. - Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. - Washes windows, door panels, mirrors and sills. - Empties trash receptacles, and empties and cleans ash urns. - Transports trash and waste to disposal area. - Replenishes bathroom supplies. - All other duties as described by the manager.
