This requires the individual to visually inspect and detect items needing repair and requires a considerable knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades. Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job. Performing these duties requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push and pull weights up to 200 lbs. climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often times overhead. Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets. Other: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Pyramid Hotel Group from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.  Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Beautiful downtown Seattle hotel, Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown is looking for part-time Night Auditor to work the overnight shift for 2 days a week.  If you are looking for a great company with good benefits and enjoy graveyard shifts, have a positive attitude, and provide great customer service then we would love you to join our team.    In this role, you will work as the front desk clerk from about 11pm to 7am. You will have two primary goals: auditing the hotel's daily accounts and creating an amazing guest experience. You will be the Manager on Duty for most of your shift, acting as the hotel's primary point-person and working with the overnight security guard to provide service and safety of our guests.   Benefits: As a part-time employee you will also be eligible for sick time and 401K after 90 days, plus incentives and quarterly bonus program available and discount hotel employee rates at other Hilton and Pyramid hotels.   Please Note – If you are interested in the position but looking for more hours or a full-time position instead of parttime we are willing to cross train to be able to give additional shifts in the mornings or evenings either at the front desk or possibly another department you might be qualified for so that you can be full-time.  Can discuss further during interview.
