ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AVERAGE % OF TIME 50% Supervise the performance of room attendants and general cleaning and take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior, and work practices. Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security. Report, as directed, any observed deviations to established standards. 20% Produce schedules for employees in accordance with staffing guides/productivity requirements. Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments of employees and make adjustments. 15% Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction. 10% Monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies. 5% Manage administrative functions in accordance with established standards. Other: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Pyramid Hotel Groups rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the hotel’s facilities. Employees who violate hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The objectives of the Director of Food & Beverage are to achieve marketing, sales, profitability and quality service goals for the Food & Beverage Department by developing and executing marketing strategies. Duties include: - Responsible for motivating and managing a team of front and back of the house food and beverage management. - Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans - Participate in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee - Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs - Direct and oversee development of employees - Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews - Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage operations - Coordinate food and beverage operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service - Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality - Implement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfaction - Exercise quality control for both food and beverage - Maintaining standards of service and ensure their implementation - Performing daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and brand standards - Maintain communications with Corporate Staff - Coach and counsel employees to reflect brand service standards and procedures

Handles and washes all cups, silverware, flatware, cookware, and cooking utensils utilized daily in the operations.   2. Stores the above listed items in a neat and organized manner, always storing items in their assigned areas and using proper storing methods. 3. Empties all garbage cans and the disposal of all cardboard utilized by the culinary staff. 4. Cleans all trashcans and returning them to the proper areas of the kitchen.   5. Cleans all dish machines on a weekly basis.   6. Cleans kitchen equipment as required by the Sous Chef. 7. Cleans all floors throughout the culinary department and the mats used in these areas. (If applicable)   8. Disposes of broken glassware and dishes in a safe manner and in designated containers. 9. Ensures all walls and ceilings are always clean.   10. Ensure that all safety stations are properly always stocked.   11. Arrives for work on time and in proper uniform.   12. All other duties requested by management team.   13.Responsible for washing dishes and pots and pans as well as cleaning kitchen areas. Experience can be at a hotel or restaurant level.

The Director of Workday HCM is a newly created role to meet the needs of the continued growth of Pyramid Global Hospitality. We are looking for someone that brings hands-on experience with the Workday HCM platform (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, PATT [Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking], PEX, etc.) and leads the Workday Support team while being strategic partner for HR and key Business Partners.   Reporting to the Vice President of People Systems, responsibilities include leadership of the Workday Support Team, as well as the hands-on implementation, design, and development of the Workday HCM platform.   Key to this role is a focus on improving the Workday HCM platform, advancing the HR technology, and processes that enables Pyramid Global to deliver best in class People Systems.  The primary area of responsibility will be the Workday HCM tenant, but a working knowledge of additional technologies and HR business acumen is necessary to be successful in the role.   Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Overall ownership for the ongoing support, design, deployment, maintenance, and configuration (BPs, Orgs, Data, etc.) of the Workday HCM platform. - Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders and Workday Consultants to continuously improve the Workday service delivery. - Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects. - Lead governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning. - Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring requirements are met. - Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements. - Solid understanding of Workday security features and controls and the overall accountability for data governance, security, and compliance. - Ensure up-to-date documentation of system training, functions, processes, and capabilities.
